Lisa specializes in product configuration strategy, SAP Variant Configuration, and related configurator ecosystems. She helps organizations clarify how their products and data are managed across engineering, operations and supply chain by identifying and resolving issues that create confusion or inconsistent system behavior. She also supports teams preparing for major system or process decisions.
Lisa's career began at Boeing's Commercial Airplanes Group, where she developed a strong foundation in manufacturing and operations process improvement. After founding Kingston Consulting, she provided SAP Variant Configuration expertise to an S&P 500 access and security manufacturer, resolving configuration, Bill of Material and historical order issues during a complex D365 F&O and Experlogix implementation.
Her experience also includes key roles at In-Situ, Inc. and Hunter Douglas where she led product configuration initiatives, strengthening engineering change processes (ECO/CR) and product end-of-life transitions. Across both organizations, she helped teams clarify product structures, reduce configuration errors, and improve data and reporting accuracy to ensure consistent information across engineering, operations and manufacturing.
Lisa is committed to continuous learning and leadership development, having completed comprehensive leadership training, earned both Salesforce Trailhead Ranger Level and Microsoft Learn Level 12 status. She brings a hands-on, analytical approach to helping organizations understand their complexity and make confident, informed decisions.
